Several members of the Connect Care team are qualified to conduct return home interviews, bringing expertise and sensitivity to this vital process.
Our staff use a range of engagement strategies tailored to each young person, aiming to build trust and gather meaningful insights about the circumstances surrounding their absence. Interviews are adapted to meet the individual’s emotional and communication needs, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and supported throughout.
Many of our team members have direct experience working in children’s residential homes and possess a strong understanding of missing-from-home incidents, enabling them to approach each interview with empathy, insight, and care.
